Obtain your driving records here. There is a $10 fee for each driving record. The record will be in PDF format and can be downloaded or emailed to an email address entered below.

To obtain your driving records you must first establish your identity against DMV’s records.

  • Full Individual

    • Shows your driving record including status, and all convictions,license actions, and at-fault accidents on record; includes full medical certification details for required commercial (CDL) drivers.


  • Commercial (CDL) Employment

    • Shows driving record and current status, including full medical certification and conviction, license action, and at-fault accident information required by DOT regulations for commercial (CDL) drivers.


  • Insurance

    • Shows current driving record and status and 3 or 5 year history of convictions, license actions, and at-fault accidents for vehicle insurance purposes; excludes any medical certification information on record.
